WORKSHOPS-
Workshop Passes are not transferable to another Workshop in the event of non attendance. However, with written request prior to Workshop, a transfer of name may be granted.
Workshop Passes are not available for split student attendance.
Cancellations Policy-
If something arises preventing attendance and notification via email is prior to
::21 days before Workshop date, a Full Refund will be offered. Minus Banking and Administration Fees.
::14 days before Workshop date, a 70% refund will be offered. Minus Banking and Administration Fees.
::7 days before Workshop date, a 50% refund will be offered. Minus Banking and Administration Fees.
::72 hours before Workshop date, a 30% refund will be offered. Minus Banking and Administration Fees.
::Cancellation 48 hours or less before workshop, no refund is offered, unless you contract Covid or suffer an accident/injury after purchasing pass, and it prevents you from attending the workshop - then a 50% credit may be offered, to be used within 12 months for future Workshops or studio passes. Minus Banking and Administration Fees.
STUDIO PASSES-
Passes are valid for for use UP TO the nominated number of classes described within the designated validity period. Any unused classes remaining on a Pass become void upon expiry date of Pass.
Passes are available for use in standard studio classes only and are not transferrable to other Events (Such as Workshops/Intensives/Visiting Teachers etc).

West End Yoga Centre reserves the right to cancel and change teachers, events, classes, timetable, and workshops without prior notice.
A small pass extension may be permitted in some circumstances if a request is put in writing before the pass expires, and only in an event of sickness or injury. Extensions will not be offered for vacations or general busyness of life, so please choose your pass appropriately.
However, some passes may be placed on hold once for up to 3 (three) weeks with written request *
*Holds and Extensions NOT available for Casual Pass, New Student Introductory Pass, or 4-Week Unlimited Pass.
*Holds and Extensions NOT available on Courses.
INTRODUCTORY OFFERS-
The 10-day pass is consecutive days from date of first visit. New students are only able to take up one Introductory offer, available on their first visit. It gives you unlimited access to all Open, Restorative, and Seniors classes on our schedules, within the designated time frame.
*Excluded all Courses and Workshops or Experienced, Dynamic, Intensive classes.
*No holds or extensions offered.
COURSES-
Beginner Course-
Please choose your pass carefully as all purchases are non refundable.
Pass is available for the specific 4-Week Course booked.
In the event of sickness or injury PRIOR to Course starting and no classes have been attended, please advise us via email as soon as possible if for any reason you are unable to attend the Course you have booked. We are happy to transfer your unused course to another Course. Alternatively, all refunds incur a $30 administration fee.
6-Week Courses-
Please choose your pass carefully as all purchases are non refundable.
Pass is available for the 6-Week Course current at time of booking.
In the event of sickness or injury PRIOR to Course starting and no classes have been attended, please advise us via email as soon as possible if for any reason you are unable to attend the Course you have booked. We are happy to transfer your unused course to another Course. Alternatively, all refunds incur a $30 administration fee.
Pass is available for the designated Course class only and not transferable to other classes.
